Easy Maple Pumpkin Pie
Premade pie crust
2 large eggs
1 can (15oz) pumpkin puree
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup pure maple syrup
¾ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground cloves
- Set oven rack to lowest position and heat oven to 350*. Place the pie plate on a foil lined baking sheet.
- Whisk together eggs, pumpkin, cream, syrup, cinnamon, ginger, salt and cloves.
- Poor mixture into crust and bake approx 70 minutes, or until center is set. Let cool to room temp before serving.
