Strawberry Sangria

The picture isn't the greatest, but it tasted so so good!

Strawberry Sangria
.5 cup sugar
8 fresh mint sprigs
2 bottles dry, white wine
4 cups sliced strawberries
.5 cup brandy

In a large pitcher, combine the sugar and mint, pressing mint leaves with the back of the spoon to release flavors. Add wine, strawberries and brandy. Chill for 2 hours. Serve over ice.

  1. YUM! I think Sangria is the only way I like white wine...add that to the list with mushrooms and olives, ha!
