Black Bean Salsa


This is one of those recipes where you just throw all of the ingredients together and stir. This is a delicious salsa, served with crunchy tortilla chips!
Black Bean Salsa
2 cans black beans, drained
2 cans Rotelle tomatoes with jalapenos
1 can sweet corn
1 red onion, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
.5 green pepper, diced
Cilantro
Lime juice from 2 limes
Salt to taste

  2. Yum! I love black bean salsa. I'd eat it so fast that it probably wouldn't matter, but how long does this stay fresh?
